Special Deployment is headed by Capt. Thomas Fielden.
This Division handles complaints of narcotics, prostitution, guns, and gangs. 
Along with the regularly assigned officers, additional department officers are 
assigned to Federal Task Forces with DEA, ATF, and the US Marshal's Service.
